TEEBEE - Warehouse / Bounce

Nuova uscita per la etichetta guidata da Photek, ancora con Teebee a sfornare un paio di tracce pronte a mozzare il fiato a dancehall e ascoltatori.
"Warehouse" apre con un insistente riff di synth, su cui cresce d'intensità un campione vocale, che lascia la traccia finalmente esplodere su un'arcigna bassline di sapore acido e gommoso: il tutto viene poi rinforzato da una ritmica roller, su cui continuano ad inseguirsi i synths e i campioni vocali in un continuo botta e risposta.
La seconda traccia, "Bounce", è semplicemente perfetta: riprende alcuni aspetti già presenti in brani come la mitica "Silent Depth", colorandoli però di sfumature diverse. L'intro si distende su un suadente arpeggio trancey, con uno splendido campione di chitarra acustica a rendere l'atmosfera ancora più onirica: quando tutto è cresciuto a dovere, l'arrangiamento prorompe asciutto e granitico su un ritmo roller, su cui una gorgogliante bassline traccia scure spirali e stralunati e ripetitivi campioni vocali appaiono e scompaiono. Boom.
Vinile must-buy. Punto.

New release for the label owned by Photek, once again with Teebee pushing out tracks ready to take the breath away to the dancehalls and to the listeners.
"Warehouse" opens with an obsessive synth stab, on which a vocal sample grows on intensity, letting the track finally explode with a menacing bassline, acid-flavored and gummy: then all get enforced by a roller rhythm, on which the synths and the vocal samples go on chasing in a never ending action-reaction.
The second bit, "Bounce", is simply perfect, taking back some aspects already present in tracks as the mighty "Silent depths", but coloring them of different nuances. The intro lays down on an attractive trancey arpeggio, with an amazing acoustic guitar sample to made the atmosphere even more oneiric: when all has loaded as due, the arrangement bursts out dry and granitic on a roller rhythm, on which a gurgling bassline draws dark spirals and repetitive vocal samples flash. Boom. Must-buy vinyl. Period.
