- What are the main obstacles for music distribution and e-commerce? How can they be overcome?
** Most distributors are swamped with releases these days making it extremely hard for new / small labels to get a foot in the door. As you would expect this is not good for the promotion of new music as most distributors tend to really get behind the titles / artists that will make the largest sales. I would hope that most labels who find themselves unable to get "physical" distribution would turn to the net as a source of spreading their music to new ears.

- Where is technology heading? What solutions exist?
** Hopefully into the hands of the vast majority of the planet, who still have no or very little access to it.

- What is required for ensuring cultural diversity and universal and equitable access?
** A radical policy from western governments who hold the majority of the world to econimic ransom for its own good..... this being the case, i doubt very much will change in the short term.

- What role does the third sector, public and non-profit entities, have for music on the Internet?
** A very important role because through the uses of new technology we can all empower ourselves in many different ways. No one controls what happens within the Internet and this can only be of benefit for groups / individuals trying to work outside the existing "controlling" structures that are in place.

- Besides the industry and the audience perspective, what's in it for the artist?
** A chance to be free of the "Industry", a chance to express themselves in new exiting ways, i think its a very exciting time for a re-adressing of how things have been, you can see corporations / governments are doing their best to regain some sort of control but i feel that its way to late to make any real difference now.# Thats pretty amazing really......... : )
