Sinceramente noi lo valutiamo quale uno dei migliori dischi usciti di recente. Lo stile di questo Rutger Hoedemaekers, entità musicoide di Amsterdam lo riteniamo un capolavoro di irriverenza e dissacrazione. La nobilissima Cock Rock Disco non dà alle stampe dischi a caso, anche se qualcuno può adottare metri di giudizio "canonici", sbagliandone la valutazione. I've heard something about your show... Why do people begin loving you after looking to you while eprforming??? I guess because I try to let people have a nice time. I jump around like a maniac and my guitar player does as well. We are actually having fun on stage and showing it. If we would fake the fun everybody would know. It's too much fun to fake it by the way... hahaha!

Being the 9th Cock Rock Disco prod should be an honour for you. What's your opinion on Jason Forrest's sense of humour? What, you think Jason is JOKING?!? What part of him did you find funny? This is serious business my friend, we would all like it if people just sat down quietly and listen to the music instead of dancing around and being so rough... punk and rock'n'roll are not music...

What about About? [I always dreamt of making this kind of question...] Yeah, everybody likes that one, and I hate it, because it's not really a question, is it? What about About? Hmm... well... "Bongo" is about About, does that answer your question?

Some people says your record is near to dance stuff... What the fuck?!?!? Isn't it? I'd like to think it is! If you can dance to breakcore and gabber, surely you can dance to my music. I'm not saying it's easy though, you have to work for it, but you can! Every song was actually written with the dancefloor in mind!

How do you treat voices in Bongo? Technically you mean? I try to keep vocals really simple, because the music is already so restless and fast. The voices should be a point you can focus on to follow the music, sort of an oasis in the desert.

What's your favourite freak? Elle Bandita, this girl from the Netherlands. She's often compared to Peaches, but I think her songs are better. She's really nasty on stage!

And favourite drink/drug? Morphine. No competition there, definately morphine!

Could you teach us some frenzy Dutch exprssion? [Your language will always be a mistery to me] Duurtlang! That means "takes a long time". In Italian that would probably translate as "Pronto!".

What did you receive by Santa Claus last Xmas? We Dutch don't give presents at Xmas, but at Sinterklaas, which is on december 5th. I received a big Indian cook book, it's brilliant. I'm completely into cooking and exploring the Indian cuisine right now. Yummie.

Something to get ashame about nowadays.... A big SUV car.
